These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our inspection appointment booking system (“the System”). By submitting your availability, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the System

The System allows tenants to provide preferred timeslots for mid-term property inspections. These inspections are conducted to maintain property standards and protect our landlords’ interests while meeting tenancy obligations.

Submitting availability does not guarantee a specific appointment time. Final inspection times are subject to confirmation by us.

2. Inspection Access

By using the System, you acknowledge that:

• Inspections are conducted in accordance with your tenancy agreement and applicable legislation.

• Reasonable notice of entry will be provided where required by law.

• If your preferred timeslot is unavailable, we may allocate an alternative reasonable time.

Failure to provide availability does not prevent inspections from proceeding in line with legal notice requirements.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the System. We are not responsible for missed appointments resulting from incorrect contact details or availability submitted by you.

4. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your availability, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule inspections where operationally necessary.

5. System Availability

We aim to keep the System available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the System, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the System. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available through the System.
